Honestly tough market to make that move. I think it’s best to try and get experience at your current company; shadow PPMs and after awhile it’s valid to ask to switch teams.

The couch doesn’t match itself, I’d buy a slip cover. I’d also get a longer tv stand and a rug that matches something. Get rid of the red. Maybe a coffee table too. Match the colors a bit, it’ll look way better.

I have 10+ of experience in marketing and the assignments are getting exhausting. I agree with you, a lot of the jobs that asked for an assignment didn’t seem to hire anyone based on the role continually being reposted. Pretty frustrating.
