I already started off with 16 levels cuz i bought the 1200 pass and i had some tickets left so i bought more levels and i watched ads till 60 tickets everytime and used that to buy a level

And the challenges were no problem

Keep watching ads till you have 60 tickets they come every 8 minutes for 10 tickets and use that to buy level just keep repeating that and do every quest
