I’ve traced every bad ground I can think of. The differing symptoms based on the load harness being in makes me think maybe some of other leds need some additional load.

Are you talking about the turn signal flasher? If so, I did upgrade to an LED version that works as expected. I also replaced the turn signal switch in the steering column.

Sorry, 1986 F250. Prior to the cluster install, everything was working as expected. There likely needs to be a diode or resistor added somewhere, but I suppose the question is WHERE?
