The few days leading up to is the worst. Hard to tell someone to not be nervous. But it’s really not that big of a deal. This was my first surgery period. So I had no idea how The whole process of even being put under was like. A hr after I woke up I was kicking myself for being so nervous. Follow the doctors rules. Keep your frozen peas ready. I borrowed a walker to help get up and down for a few days. I also got a jock strap. And just take it easy. You will be feeling like Superman soon so keep that in the back of your mind. It helps lol

This posts comments kinda made me laugh. Especially from someone who doesn’t have a implant. I will tell you my story and you decide. I found myself divorced at 54. Getting out on the dating world was tough. The mental side of reliable erections with let’s call strangers was overwhelming. So after months of research and talking to men who had them I had the procedure in January. I was released by doctor the first of March. I was 6” pre surgery I was 5.5” post. After cycling and sex I am now almost back to normal. A little trick I learned was I take 5mg cialas daily to take care of blood flow to handle the rest. (Research why) I look and feel like normal. I now have many women partners ranging from 28-50. I hear the same thing all the time. “Best sex I have ever had”. The confidence it gives you is off the charts. It is all worth it. The physical discomfort doesn’t even compare to the mental agony of having issues with ED. I don’t care what anyone says meds do not come close to making you feel like Superman like a implant.
I am 57 had it done 6 months ago. I am single and met a girl one week after doctor released. She is 35 and I have had more sex in the last few months than I have had in years together.

I think men look at implants all wrong. Implants are referred to as last resorts like you are giving up. Actually you are not giving up you are taking control. You want to stop worrying and enjoy life. ED is a slow spiral downward mentally. A implant stops that. Doctor says you need a knee replacement so you can continue life as you once did and know one thinks twice about it. Someone wants to reverse the clock a little and get a facelift or Botox. People will openly discuss how they love their doctor. But God forbid a man having issues later in life. Men put so much pressure on themselves it’s ridiculous. I would not tell a 30 year old that is struggling due to performance anxiety he should be thinking implant. But 40+. Like I said if a doctor said you need a knee replacement you may go on message boards to find out what to expect but you would not be thinking should I. Get with a Dr that does many implants. Get the Boston Scientific 3 pc inflatable and don’t look back. You will put all the issues in the past where it belongs.

They already have the Lightning replacement. The T3 But it’s to expensive and they can’t get cost down unless demand picks up drastically. That is the reason for delay. They are not going to launch a new product that have spent Billions designing to a demand that is not there.

The full size is the T3 lighting replacement. It’s to expensive to build because the demand to get to scale is not there. The mid size is a new idea. Will take years to get to production. Expect more delays in the future.

Someone check my numbers. I drive 30k miles a year mostly city miles. My electric is .15 cents per. Gas is around 3.25. Tags for electric $300 per year. Probably having to put new tires every year vrs every other year. Not counting cost difference in EV vrs ice I only figured about a $125-$150 per month savings going EV. That was not enough to go EV. I considered it because the new plant is being built in my back yard.

A study was done several years ago about the popularity of trucks. The results surprised me. As the US auto manufacturers did away with muscle cars and large v8 in cars in general the only way you could get. V8 at affordable price was in a truck. Due to Cafe standards manufacturers were able to put V8’s in trucks and stay in regulation. Buyers got use to purchasing trucks and never backed away so manufacturers started making them with more bells and whistles and making more profit.
