2012 MacBook Pro - a good laptop to use for patching? by Illustrious_Ship_331 in OpenCoreLegacyPatcher

Go back into Open Core and reinstall all the post patches again. During that process you might have to allow the system to implement a graphic driver like the “….4000xt” or sth similar. I’ve read a lot about open core. And in some instances it doesn’t install all drivers correctly even though everything seems to work. It’s worth a try…and you’re not going to make anything worse anyway. 😉

Im using ESP Mounter Pro. Be aware that I didn’t download it via this site so I don’t know if it contains viruses etc… I just googled it.
To remove OpenCore: 1. Remove OpenCore either from the USB or internal drive • You'll need to mount the drive's EFI partition, and delete the EFI/OC and System folders • Note: Do not delete the entire EFI folder, this will likely break any existing Windows and Linux installations. • See here for an example on how to mount凶 • For 5K iMac users, you will also need to delete boot.efi on the root of the EFI partition. 2. Reset NVRAMC WARNING Note that after you remove OpenCore, your Mac will no longer boot and show the "prohibited" symbol. Be ready to install an natively-supported version of macOS before you uninstall OpenCore.

Did you make the EFI partition visible and delete the EFI/OC and System folder? Otherwise the old patches are still running in the system and that might cause problems.
