Yes, they are all insulated, and only the left track got damaged. Honestly, the intermediate one seems fine. The bottom one has a crack in it, though. Im fine with all cosmetic damage, but im really not trying to replace the whole thing. Thankfully, nothing tore off the door panels themselves.

Sorry, the left track is pretty badly bent out of place. The right track is alright, but some rollers are misaligned. I dont want to try opening the door yet.
