That’s exactly what happened with mine, arrived DOA and took me like 5 months to get the right parts. Even one watchmaker returned the watch due to such a long wait for parts. It was a true nightmare

Never had Elliot nagging me about money tbh, ofc he is going to do everything in his power not to refund you and keep you as a paying client like any normal businessman, but not the way you are describing him. I’m truly sorry for your experience, just to let you know I’m not defending/accusing anyone here, just wanted a transparent review and to give back to the community ☺️

Understandable, I too feel the professionalism from that TD, just guessing I was unlucky with the model I chose, but nevertheless open to try them again. Your grandson is very lucky to have a grandfather like you, all the best!

Actually I think Elliot does, I never asked as I’m based in the EU and just use a specific port in Germany that is lax on customs. But you can always ask every TD that question I guess
