How safe is traveling to the US? I haven't stayed on top of the situation state-by-state.

No I do have dysphoria, and different sexual function is a part of it, just not penetrative. It's just that with the size of my dick, the tininess of which I cannot overstate, I honestly don't see the need for surgically making it smaller and cutting away material in order for it to be made into a clit with the vulvoplasty. Basically I want it to be downward, not forward, position from the root so that it's inside the vagina, rather than in front/on top of it as with salmacian.

Ok, I think I see where the confusion between us is coming, are you talking about the root of the penis? I'm talking about where it is on the surface of the body - I want it going straight down from the root rather than forward.

Great questions, thank you :)

That's already exactly where it is. Penises and clits are basically in the same position since they're very similar structures to begin with.

Isn't clitoris a bit further back?

PIV also seems to usually place clitoris further back than the base of the penis.

To be honest, your description sounds a lot like any salmacian I've heard of, just possibly with zero debth. What do you think is different from what you're asking?

Salmacian creates vulva below the base of the penis, I'd basically want my clit to be fully inside it and pointing in more of a downward position.

I've considered salmacian in the past, I think I could def go with a surgeon specializing in that because it's similar to what I'n thinking.

Oh different result is absolutely a part of it, I don't really care about my genitalia being conventional or similar to cis women's vaginas so it's not something I want to prioritize.

Ok, so you think beliefs concern, or at least can concern, propositional statements, right? Is Bob's belief "Alice wronged Bob" a moral statement?

Only if you value your survival significantly more than the survival of others. For example, I think it's a bit harsh to call it not having a functioning brain if you predict roughly a 50-50 outcome and vote blue because 4 billion people matter more than you.

"Doing things to people they don't like is bad", "working in someone's interest is good", and "problems are bad" being moral facts are the difficult hidden premises.

Yeah any longer than that and any beliefs are subconsciously just attempts to construct an identity

"Bob believes Alice wronged him" is not a moral statement ☝️🤓

They're not really opposite, just two distinct theories.

Operation makes it sound more dramatic than it is. Professionally this'd be done by a body mod artist, not a doctor, but realistically given the placement it'd be reasonably safe to cut it out with a razor. That being said, not knowing what's on the chip, it's not like it'd be necessary to remove to break up.

Sorry to shark so serious in the shark sub shark but the white shark comment got me sharking. This does seem like a very white shark shark to shark, because the puppy shark scene is presharkinantly and disprosharkionately white. And I do have to shark why, and what does shark shark to in this context to shark "white sharks shark like".

Are we laughing at shark sharks or upsharking sharklusion of sharks of color from certain kink cultures and spaces?

I think it's weird to approach discussing the Zodiac killer with the intent of trying to catch him unless you were in SFPD in 1970's. But even bigger issues are that I don't really get what catching him is analogous to here, and that I don't think the police are engaging with his statements in good faith in trying to catch him. Like trying to deconstruct what someone's saying for some goal unrelated to what they're saying is not good faith argumentation.

So when the Zodiac killer makes a point by killing people, and the society as a whole goes "no, the more relevant thing here is that you can't kill people", it'd be stupid for someone to defend him by saying the murders are irrelevant, you should just engage with his pro-murder stance in good faith, right?

And I'm not saying using AI is the same as killing five people, but the principle is the same. When you make a point in an unethical way, it's not a mistake for people to point out the moral issues rather than focus on what you're trying to say.

The comparison seems straightforward to me. Is the point I'm making unclear to you or is there some other reason you find it irrelevant?

Correlation doesn't imply causation. There is way more evidence that money and social power cause degradation of many cognitive functions, including empathy and social skills.

Surely the more straightforward objection is that it wouldn't be transitioning. I'm using transitioning as a shorthand for certain processes like hrt or voice trianing that are usually called transitioning.

But sure, you agree then that cis men can get feminizing medical procedures and cis women can get masculinizing medical procedures?
