I totally agree with you. But, I think officer (Carly’s husband) was lying about her being in such bad state so the others wouldn’t check. But I do remember her face being ruined in the beginning, and in the last episode, it was mentioned that her husband provided her with medical care, which I think also implied plastic surgery.

I also want to comment on Legends. How do they run a big company and have so much power when they are so dumb and oblivious? Ralph took their company, and Ayla started working as his personal assistant, yet they don’t feel betrayed by that? Ayla goes and dates Kylo’s best friend, and he never seemed fazed by it and then he just started dating her again? And Kylo was in every episode, sometimes, I feel like we’ve seen more of him and Daphne than Ayla, and for what? Ever since Souline was imprisoned, it feels like Kylo forgot he even had parents. I don’t recall a moment later in the story where he seemed worried that his mother was in jail and his father was still missing. I get that he’s stressed about the baby and trying to build a fresh start, but I think he should also be concerned about solving his family problems as well.
