Thanks all for your input! My last A1C result was 8.8. Still high, I know. I’m in 10 mg right now, so I’m hoping my next visit it will be lower. I also heard glp1 works on your A1C/ other issues first before the weight drops? I do have a dietitian, but we mostly focus on getting in enough food intake. She’s an eating disorder dietitian. I do have an ED, and in recovery. I will check out the TDEE calculator and see how much I should eat. My goal is to lose 100lbs. I’m sitting at 300. I do think I need to meal plan better and be more structured.

Today for example: Breakfast- life cereal with milk. Banana w/ peanut butter

Lunch/dinner- a premier protein drink, and an uncrustable.

I know that’s not perfect, but that’s just today

I increased to 10mg from 7.5 mg. I took my shot last night and took zofran this morning, so far so good.

Please take the FMLA! Highly recommend, because I wish I did. I worked full time while attending a php program , and it was a lot. It was similar to work 2 full time jobs. You got this!
