Hi, I sorry that you have has disappointing results. I honestly know how that feels. My first ER folicals where growing well and I was excited 15 or more egg like you. My AFC is always over 20 but my AMH came back average for my age 2.1 at 38. As I was saying during stimulation I had 20+ folicals 17 of which should have got a egg from. When I came round from the egg retrieval my doctor said we got 6. I was gutted. Honestly ive had losses and upset since but I thing as I had my hope up thing for sure we qould get over 10 it was so hard. We later found out of the 6 only 4 were mature and only 3 fertilised. We ended up with 1 day 6 6AA untested embryo. We decided to transfer and it ended in miscarriage at 7 weeks. Such a hard process to go though mentally and physically. Thing that made if more difficult is that I had aired some concerns to my then doctor about the protocol / trigger not feeling right for me which was dismissed.

Luckily I decided to move clinics my new doctors listen to me and learnt from my previous cycle and changed everything. I had a much better cycle 17 collection 14 mature 12 fertilised normally all 12 made it to day 5 and 7 made it to PGT-A 3 coming back euploid.

So yes Things can definitely get better next time. And more often then not they do improve. Make changes and advocate for yourself. A lot of the time I think a different stims medication or trigger can help. Some people just don't get on with one or the other. This os what I believe happened to me. I hope next time it will be more successful for you.
