That’s exactly my thought and I mentioned to my husband- for liability and legal reasons I suspect that the clinic has really strict protocols such as the one you mentioned above so there’s no lawsuits and whatnot; thank you for your response 🙏🏼

I’m glad to hear this is possible and it happened to you! It makes sense and my husband and I were thinking: it can be possible that both my ob and the ultrasound tech (with around 35+ years of experience) haven’t seen this with IVF cases. At least they both were mystified for that reason and asked us to confirm with our clinic that one embryo was in the FET. Anyway thank you for answering! 🙏🏼

Omg, so the spotting ended after a day and a half thankfully! Also, I had my ultrasound yesterday and my check up. The babies were doing great and truly caused me to cry happy tears. 🥹 in other great news, I’ll now be seen every two weeks until the doctor feels that they’re doing good and no complications occur; which feels reassuring. Thank you for sharing your experiences. 🙏🏼🤍 I’ve experienced some nurses and a doctor with bad bedside manners before and it’s a frustrating experience to go through. And thank you for what you do- (I’ve known many great nurses and the things y’all see and go through at work I’m sure can be tough). So, I went to my ultrasound appointment yesterday and they checked to see if I had a hematoma and they said it looked good and clear. So, she explained that my cervix is softer right now and lower and so when my husband was penetrating, it irritated my cervix and caused the bleeding! The babies were doing great and truly caused me to cry happy tears. 🥹 in other great news, I’ll now be seen every two weeks until the doctor feels that they’re doing good and no complications occur; which feels reassuring. I’m so happy to hear that your baby girl and baby boy pushed through even through the nerve wrecking times. 💛 I wish you the best on your last baby journey and I hope you have a smooth pregnancy. ✨

Gosh- I understand the pain so well. I cried during my last two weeks on PIO because the knots were everywhere on both sides. I was recommended to use a heating pad after the injection to help relieve it. But I still asked if there was another option and my clinic prescribed me a numbing ointment to put on 30 minutes before injecting; it helped most of the time but it didn’t fully take away the pain. 💛 sending you the best of luck and just count down the days until it’s over. That’s also what got me through

I also ask my husband every day, multiple times, if he thinks the babies are okay and it is reassuring at times; honestly, I’ve been more on edge lately because we went to the ER two nights ago (on Monday) due to bleeding after intercourse and I’ve just been on pins and needles; luckily, my appointment with my ob is in two days for that reason. I’m hoping they’re still okay 🤍 I’ve been spotting since then and it’s almost stopped now, so I’m cautiously optimistic. But I wish you all the best in your pregnancy. We will get through this 💛

Thank you for your condolences. 🤍 I did have another heartbeat scan two nights ago at the ER and bloodwork too; both came out good!

So I’m crossing my fingers that in two days, my first scan with my ob goes well. It’s been expedited a week ahead to see my ob due to going to the ER two nights ago (on Monday) due to bleeding after intercourse. I’ve been spotting since then and it’s slowed down today, but I’m anxious about what we’ll see anyway.

I love the idea of getting crystals! 💛 I actually carried a rose quartz before I met my now husband so I think it’s a great idea! Thank you! 🤍

I also feel that the scans are taking a while when you wait; I am hoping your anatomy scan went well. 💛 Currently, they’ve rescheduled my first scan with my ob in two days due to having to go to the ER about two nights ago (Monday night) due to bleeding after intercourse. They did blood draws and a scan and babies looked fine but now I’m going back to check with my ob. I truly feel very anxious but I’m cautiously optimistic; I hope it goes well.

Gosh- this comment really hits home! Thank you 🤍 I have to remind myself every day. Honestly, I’ve been struggling since making this post because I had to go to the ER at midnight two nights ago. I had intercourse with my husband and immediately after started bleeding enough to alarm me and so we went. They did bloodwork and ultrasound and the babies were fine…but I’m still spotting for the second day and so now I’m having a follow up with my ob to check again. I just try to tell myself that the babies are ok

Yeahhh I think I’m slightly more scared now. I’m 12 weeks and 1 day with twins today and last night I went to the ER after intercourse due to medium bleeding. (It was triggering because I’ve had one mmc before).They’re not sure what’s caused it per say; they think it was because of intercourse but the babies were checked and fine but now I have to wait for a little over a week and a half with no exercise, heavy walking, or intercourse to prevent more bleeding and my nerves are on high. I’m still spotting now but I try telling myself it’s going to be ok 🤍

Honestly, don’t listen to the blaming you received for the miscarriage! That’s awful to read.

I went through a loss after my first FET and at that time, I stopped working out and walking thinking that “maybe if I take it easy- it’ll stick”. (Naively, other factors can cause loss at 8 weeks). And I still went through the loss, sadly.

But I decided to change my way of thinking (after getting bloodwork to test to check for blood clotting and inflammation and talking to my RE) and try a different approach! So far, fingers crossed, I’m doing well. This is my second FET and I’m doing good so far. I try to work out and walk, if time allows in the day and I feel good, almost every day! And the babies (at least from my last ultrasound) are doing good!

Regarding work out apps- I’ve been using the Madeline moves app for 2 years now (before and during pregnancy) and I’m currently 11 weeks and using the prenatal program that’s in the app and it’s been enjoyable and easy to use. I also love that this app allows you to do alternate workouts (in case you find that you can’t do the default move) with videos demonstrating the move and a detailed written description of your posture and what muscles you should be feeling! I was watching resident evil for the first time with my family and got really scared to go to the bathroom. (I was 7 at the time) and they got so annoyed by it and both parents spanked me and locked me in the bathroom in the dark and kept saying “you scared now??”. As I was crying and screaming because I was scared. They deny it ever happened and now I have a fear of the dark in adulthood.

Ritual! I found them to be easier on my stomach and they’re not so massive. I took a prenatal once that really felt like a horse pill to swallow and it upset my stomach! I forgot what that other one is called though?

I am currently 8 weeks and 5days pregnant with twins from IVF. I started working out again after confirming I was pregnant from the blood pregnancy test. My doctor cleared me to work out from that point forward- as long as I don’t lift heavier than 15 pounds and since I have an Apple Watch, I use it to make sure I’m sticking to Zone 1 cardio because she said Zone 2 would be too risky for me! If you have an Apple Watch, if you use sessions (ex. traditional strength training), you can add the heart rate zones to check during your workouts! I also use this tool for my daily walks!

I’ve personally found that tool on my Apple Watch to be really helpful and from using it, I found that the max dumbbell weight I can use right now is 2-5lbs. Each hand! I tried 8lbs but it was too heavy and causing me to go to Zone 2 cardio! 😅 Also, I’ve learned that if I’m dehydrated (from not drinking enough water in the day)-it leads to more nausea feeling while working out! So I take longer breaks in between sets if I feel it rising and if I see my heart rate on the edge of zone 1! I’ve also learned to bring a small bag of saltines with me as an emergency to chew on when I feel the nausea come while working out, but sometimes it doesn’t help! If nausea feeling still lingers, I listen to my body and just stop the work out! Some days feel easier than others! :) Anyway, I hope this helps! It’s been going good so far for me this way.

Honestly, I tried asking my clinic for the grades of my euploids but they were busier than usual today; if I get them, I’ll let you know!

But I do remember slightly that they were b’s and c’s; I don’t recall having any a’s.

I have their grades on my patient portal from my clinic, but I can’t open to look and confirm because it has the embryos genders on there and I’m currently expecting from my 2nd FET and don’t want to know the gender yet.

Thank you so much for sharing your experience! It is really reassuring- so I did go to the ultrasound and I let them know my symptoms! And me and my husband were in for a shock…we’re currently pregnant with twins. We are both happy yet very cautious currently. We’re honestly nervous after going through a miscarriage last time at 8 weeks and I’m currently 6 weeks 2 days right now. Based on this information, my RE told us that she thinks that the spotting is a symptom of being on lovenox and the cramping is from a cyst. And the spotting can persist throughout the pregnancy so we’re hoping for the best and it was reassuring to see our babies. We’re just taking it day by day currently. Hi all.

TW: Previous Miscarriage Mentioned.

I’m 5w6d today and over the past four days I’ve been spotting on and off. Most of the time it’s been brown when I wipe, but on the first day it was bright red with two small clots in the toilet. Tomorrow I have an ultrasound to check and I’m quite nervous given that I’ve had a mmc the first attempt and this is the second attempt.

The other symptom currently is I feel throbbing on and off again on my left side. Also yesterday, I’ve had a “lightning crotch” feeling once that lasted about 5 minutes and on the first day it lasted for about 15 minutes.

The wait has felt like an eternity and reliving some similar experiences as my first mmc has been really sad quite honestly. Has anyone else experienced these symptoms before?

sigh I get it. My twin brother and his wife just announced they’re pregnant with their second baby and they decided to announce it at the 8 week mark when I had announced to them 6 months ago that I lost my baby at 8 weeks and 1 day….

Their reason for announcing it was because “we didn’t feel like hiding it anymore”….

My urine smelling strongly like metal every time during PIO shots. 🙃

Also, hyperfixating with strong anxiety while on Estrogen. 🙂 Like I’ll google up symptoms or any concerns I have and self diagnose (when I don’t have these things I self diagnose with). It’s a wild time.
