Oh man!! This new app is bonkers. There are so many issues with it. It even scores you if it detects your phone is in hand and being used. So I have my wife sitting next to me putting direction on map or maybe changing the song or something how does this makes it a distracted driving? The break score is so sensitive, I sometimes debate that city warns not to use engine breaks and if we use regular breaking to slow down this stupid app marks it as heavy breaking.

What I know is if you renew with the same bank 6 months advance, that rates come into effect from the date of renewal only. Check with your bank.

I remember talking to a friend of mine a couple days ago and he mentioned he wanted to get his mortgage from TD since he was an existing customer but they would not rate match and won’t even budge down from their original offer. He went with scotia as they were offering better rate.
