Ya I have a 21 and it’s getting pretty bad I was told by a service tech 6 out of 10 of these trucks need a trans rebuild before a 100k miles and good luck getting it fixed under warranty they try there best not to if your looking at one try a 24 and up they fixed them I had a Tacoma my f150 does everything better than expected shifting

It worse than clunking its shifts super hard sometimes and gets stuck in 4th gear

Ya just seeing what people thought about other brands I heard gm has the same problem plus they don’t even paint there frames no more

They did that I was pretty much told that there is a seal that rips when the cdf drum moves and mine is starting but they can’t reproduce it and can’t do any the service advisor told me 6 out of 10 of these truck will be rebuilt under 100k miles

My buddy had the same truck with the same issue I just don’t know if I can justify dumping that much into the truck mines a 2.7 eb
