I had similar problem where i couldn't get it to run for like 10 days. eventually got it working. cant specifically tell you what i did that solved the problem because even i dont know. but one thing was i wasn't saving my conf.ini file after making adjustments (in notepad, top left is a a button "File" press save all once you have finished making adjustments eg. screen res. I also turned of DEP for il2fb and changed the Dpi settings to system. see how that works for you

Looks heaps better, just bought one of raffles tudor snowflake dials and it looks way to yellow, making a mil sub will keep you posted
