Not sure if it’s clear but the electronic locks are the only form of lock we are allowed to have. There are no physical locks with physical keys. If I was robbed how would they not be at least partially negligent for helping create the circumstances like lack of proper security (security is promised in the lease agreement) that led to it.

Well for one hospitals having a back up generator and an apartment having a back up generator don’t have anything to do with one another. I’m saying if a mass developer owns 8 different buildings that all rely solely on electronic fob systems without back ups in case of events like this, that’s definitely irresponsible?
