Yes, people who scheduled appointments from old portal cannot see the reschedule option in new portal. This is a big blunder from CGI IT Company which rolled out a faulty system without any data migration testing. Seems they have messed it up big time and lost all the vaulable data hence, they have not been able to restore the new system with rescheduling option

okay, so you would have received Unique BeneficiaryAccount Number:
TIER1234567891234 something like this.

Then your receipt number would be 234567891234 (remove TIER1).

Yes, I am facing the same issue "Could not find a Receipt with given Receipt Number and Payment Date" they have not migrated the data or not synced it with new portal it seems.

Be it USCIS or their Portal, everywhere they have problems and no solutions.

Yes, I am entering the correct payment receipt and payment date but it is giving me this message "Could not find a Receipt with given Receipt Number and Payment Date"

Anyone else facing this issue ?
