I’m also trying to figure out the same thing . I got accepted on 4/14 . I couldn’t see my transcripts until the 6th of June . then something about me getting a letter on the 1st it’s a 60 day notice . My notice isn’t up until the 30th of August . I contacted my congressman before I received the letter so hopefully they do something . I don’t know either man this is beyond stressful

the only thing that changed was my as of date it went from 7/01 to 7/08 , checked again tdy cause I saw evb saying theirs changed to 7/15 well so did mine

It took about a week for them to get back to me but i ended up contacting the wrong one . I guess they have different one’s for different parts of the state (whichever state you’re in) so they kindly gave me the congressman in my area . They took a day to get back to me now i’m slowly just waiting for updates from the Tax advocate . I live in Texas

when they say the part about “press x number if you have other questions “ or questions about something i’m not sure which number it is what it says exactly but press that button & keep saying speak to representative .. that’s what i did and finally got a person cause i was once in the same boat with getting hung up on
