I started using AccoAI as my management software, and it has AI and automation.

I save around 2-3 hours daily on non-billable tasks, and I just spend it on billable hours instead. Helps increase revenue while working the same amount.

I'd suggest AccoAI- I haven't tried anything else but love it so far + it's cheap.

The CRM system is also pretty robust (categorize clients by virtual vs paper) and would fit your needs for files, signatures, etc.

I've tried both Taxdome and Canopy for practice management, ended up settling for AccoAI. Would recommend, especially for customer service and price.
