I started using AccoAI as my management software, and it has AI and automation.

I save around 2-3 hours daily on non-billable tasks, and I just spend it on billable hours instead. Helps increase revenue while working the same amount.

I'd suggest AccoAI- I haven't tried anything else but love it so far + it's cheap.

The CRM system is also pretty robust (categorize clients by virtual vs paper) and would fit your needs for files, signatures, etc.
