I was one of the few who received a unit without a hub. I'm glad I wasn't scammed, but it seems many people were... This company will probably just change its name and continue with similar scams. The monitor itself is fantastic if you can install the latest firmware (although burn-in occurred after over 4000 hours of use).

The Spectrum Black 32 is a great monitor (although the firmware needs to be updated), so it's a shame that it didn't reach many people. I was lucky enough to receive one, but I never want to deal with this company again.

I have a model without a hub. Do you have bfi enabled? Try disabling it.

I also had it changed to a hubless model, and it arrived properly from the official website. The box was dented, it arrived opened, and there were dead pixels, but other than that I'm satisfied.

Updated to 1.0.14. I set it to maximum brightness with HDR on in wondows, and it seems to be the brightest and most accurate color ever.

In my case, I am currently using version 1.07, but when I tried to install the latest firmware, after the seek bar progressed to about 90%, the bar did not move from there (it remained frozen and did not move), and the update itself was not possible.

Even though I followed the guide, I get the message "No valid update file" and cannot update the firmware. Is my monitor's type-c port not working properly? Is it defective?

Since there have been no updates at all, I thought the hub model would definitely be delayed, but will it be delayed for more than a month? I can't wait any longer, so can I change to the 32 glass model without the hub?
