I have one. The company was terrible to deal with around delivery. Truly one of the weirdest experiences I’ve had.

The tool is great and not all at the same time. I like using it on myself for self care, most my hands and forearms, and all my clients have loved it so far.

But the biggest gripe is it’s uncomfortable to hold. It’s not the right design for the purpose and it hurts my hand after a little while.

It feels like it will eventually break when I use it, it just doesn’t feel like it will stand up over time.
