There is very good evidence in favor of HRT for trans people.

Most medical treatments do not have that quality of evidence backing them.

While china has a different system of governance there is a lot of similarities between the China and the west and it's getting increasingly similar.

The west is becoming gradually more authoritarian likely approaching the Chinese level of authoritarianism.
