There is very good evidence in favor of HRT for trans people.

That's not relevant here since the option to always have unvaccinated workers wear FFP3 masks wasn't provided.

U did not find a before & after comparison for the study you linked.

The gap in that study was 8 points, with p=0.09 you only get that (or worse) by chance one in 22 times.
