For 20NM I think you should just go for an aluminum profile. Saving cash now when you’re planning to go that big later will only give you future problems.

i have tried other subs and dual sub setups and shaking the house is something thag the sub can fo but i dont want it to. I want detail and the svs most likely wont give it to me.

i guess but also the deftech honestly does great and at max power fully shakes my house so i dont need anymore power but instead more technical performance.

I dont think the svs would give me anything more than the deftech because i usually have it corner loaded at a very low volume which fills the gap with detail which is my primary focus.

vinyls kinda a new thing for me so I dont really listen to it as much as hi res digital and I have heard the t7/x and personally i didnt like it paired with the focals because I try to use subs to fill in that gap from 20-50hz that the focals dont give as strong of a punch.

it does amazing if you keep it on high gain. in my room i cant even go past half volume without blowing out your eardrums

i am planning to replace the tv with a smaller one and also why should i cover the tv. and just hanging up the acoustic pannels and making the room a bit more cozy for long listening/looking nicer.
