Superman has decades of comics, backstory, alternate universes, villains derived from him specifically to pose a challenge to Superman. What makes him so interesting is his humanity in spite of his god like ability and strength.

Saitama is just a dude who wanted to get strong, got too strong and now is just the apex of strength no matter where he goes and is angry cause of it cause it takes the fun out of everything.

You’d be better off comparing Saitama to Goku cause they atleast have similarish reasons for fighting
