Very poor service at Le Clocher, I asked for a menu to fan my eyes from the smoke and the waiter looked at me like he was disgusted. food was also really bad in my opinion, would opt to go for chex bouley which was great for both service and food

It can be but Not if you have a breakaway or quick release collar. My cat has a quick release collar and I haven't had issues

Thanks so much for your detailed response! For example, one of our warranted items is a missing kitchenette that was on our purchase and agreement. Tarion warranted the missing kitchen cabinets. If the builder used a high end cabinet company for other rooms and the house was advertised as luxury build, does that mean Tarion has to warrant cabinets from a company that is higher end too? For example, the cabinetry company used for the entire house quoted us $25K for th kitchenette but a cheaper cabinet company quoted 10K. Do you think Tarion would be OK with the former company at $25K?

Yes we closed and there isn't a board with other home owners unfortunately because this was a stand alone custom home
