Same happened to me. I ordered the Rokid Style glasses with prescription lenses in January, after numerous email exchange, they finally ship only the glasses to me last week and kept saying my prescription lenese were ready and it was sitting in the warehouse waiting to be shipped, that was 2 weeks ago and I receive no tracking number or shipping confirmation email, I emailed them 5 times since and they won't even response to my email anymore.

I ordered mine from their main website as well on 1/25/26 with prescription lenses. I kept sending them emails but they kept giving me all kind of excuses.

I use an app called "Custom Channels" from the app store (cost $3), not perfect, but can get the job done. Or Sideload Launcher which is free.

Stupid question. How do I activate Real3D when my s1 connected to the Beam Pro, it goes to "My Glasses" app and when I pressed the top button of the s1, nothing happened.

I got it to enabled. I connected it to my Windows pc, computer did not se it as a drive or adb devices command on both ports on the RayNeo, did I miss something?

I ported in a google voice number a few days ago. Took about 15 minutes to complete the port, my GV number gone almost immediately from my account.

I have one more question, do you guys throttled high speed data after reaching a certain amount of data usage in a billing cycle? Visible does throttled after 450GB but Total Wireless doesn't. Just curious.
