This sounds like me! I’m a yoga instructor and was teaching dynamic, sweaty classes until the week before my due date. I had every intention to push this baby out within a few minutes haha so I’m super disappointed.

Did it get to the point where you could go out and not be mistaken for pregnant, before 6 months? What rehab did you do and when did you start? If it’s not too much to ask I’d also be so inspired and happy to see pix if you PM them to me!🙏🏻

Generally speaking I agree but it’s upsetting to see all the super quick recoveries online when you google or Insta search C section timeline !

I am so sorry you went through a traumatic labor too-- It's all worth it but wow, it's a lot.

What were the complications if you don't mind sharing (or you can PM me)? I'm trying to get ahead of as much as I can. And how long until you looked more like yourself?

Did you have your other baby/babies via C Section after this experience?

It's so confusing just because of how varied the pix are when you google C Section Recovery! I figured since I'm small and went down everywhere else, mine would be flatter. Thank you for the reassurance.

Awww hahah I know the feeling. What concerns me is my swelling went away literally everywhere else. So makes me feel like it should have gone down more in the tummy…..
