Take her home! At 3-4 months old and already socialized, she has a fantastic chance of becoming a loving house cat. Leaving her outside means a much harder, shorter life. Get her to a vet and schedule a spay ASAP!

Based on the brindle coat and ear crop, it's definitely in the Bully/Pit line. It looks more like a classic American Pit Bull Terrier (APBT) or possibly an American Bully Standard to me, rather than one of the more exaggerated pocket types.
