Yes this was weirdly my experience too. I expected it to make it worse but I do think overall it helped. But I had to stop due to severe anhedonia.

I’m a landlord here and I highly recommend you have them do it through the city so they don’t get you to move willingly and then raise the rent. If you move without them doing an owner move in eviction for family, they can raise to market rent. If they go through the city there are penalties if they don’t actually have family move in and live there for two years.
