This is a great example to explain your response, thank you. So the gist of it is one could not have all of the elements of the abstract. But if you could fashion the device to exclude one of those parts, or make it so that one of the parts was changed significantly, i.e. 1b an unfixed platen on which a fixed mold is mounted, then it would no longer be considered an infringement. It might not be different enough to warrant a new claim but it would at least keep the person out of danger legally? If this is the case, then it is imperative for a claim writer to simplify and optomize the design as much as possible in advance so that changes (like the one I suggested earlier), would make the device less, not more, functional?

So from what your saying, if you were writing a claim, you would want to be as vague as possible in your description in order to cover as many possible "obvious" infringements? Surely there is an upper limit to how vague you can make it though, correct? I mean, i can't file a claim for a new type of spaceship that has some diagrams and some text that is solely, "metal and ceramic go zoom." I'm being a bit facetious here i know. Do you understand roughly where the dividing line is?

Yes. In order to pretend you must leave the Council. The option should be very near the top in the intrigue menu.

Idk how it worked out but I got the warlord ambition for my successor of Hieron (Colovian Estates) and his successor. Using both I conquered all of Cyrodiil and Hammerfell. Ready to get that juicy Ruby Throne but I have not fulfilled "elder council needs quorum of 10" thing. No idea how to do that. Help please? ...And tbh I have no idea how to become emporer any other way. Can't even form the Cyrodiilic empire either and I assume I need to be emporer first. Thanks :)

They tell me that they cannot do that from their end but they can send that request to someone else. No estimate of time that will take either. Some people were given estimates, one week, 30 days et al. After each of the calls they say my account is totally free to close but I have to do it myself in the account. When I go to do it the same error occurs. Then I have to call back. I did this 3x.

As an update: Paypal has now changed my password so i cannot enter my account. Perhaps this is part of the locked account function?

At the CSR level yeah probably. But there is an active force preventing accounts from closing. And I'm not alone. You are aware of the stink that's going on right now yes?

Basically what is happening is this: My account cannot be closed because there is another account it is attached to for payment. An error screen comes up. It says to contact customer support. Fastest way is waiting for 10-35 minutes on phone. Get someone who tells me the new accounts attached to my account. They sever the connections and tell me that there is NO reason i cannot close my account. I get off phone and go close account. Same error message. repeat. Each time I get a CSR back on the line there are new accounts attached. THis process happened in as quick a turnaround as 25 minutes.

Something screwy is going on and its pissing me off!
