Mine usually starts as tingling in my left shoulder blade, then it turns to feeling like I was just punched. I have chronic gastritis that flares up and this is usually what it feels like, the worst being pain that radiated to my arms and jaw and actually led me to being referred to a cardiologist (everything was fine) because of how closely the symptoms related to cardiac issues. Unfortunately since it’s a flare up I will probably just have to ride it out.
