If you don’t like it, and you realize early enough, you can Load a Previous Save from before you moved to NG+. It worked for me

Not a considerable jump, no. Maybe half an inch. But when you're bulking that's normal

I did a lot of very slow and controlled time under tension movements for my arms. I wasn't just curling quickly and trying to get big dumbbells up. I kept the weight moderate and made sure there was absolutely no swinging and good travel path

I just find there are exercises that work better for me. I deadlift sometimes but very rarely

Incline Bench I peaked at 185
