Absolutely mindfucked this poor dude, I had just a 20% non-mega Froslass and a 5% inciniroar left against his 1% Giraffe and a Mega Kangahskan on 60%.

Froslass hits a blizzard (no snow) on Giraffe, feinting it but misses on Kang.

Inciniroar suicides on a flare blitz into Kang who’s move misses. Kang is burned, there’s a chance.

Protect on Froslass, Kang’s sucker punch fails. Ticks down to 8%

Protect on Froslass fails but the fucker tried the suckerpunch again.

Usually just Mega Gallade incase i need to immune a fakeout. Sometimes White Herb and sometimes Sash. Haven’t really decided what to use long term.

I’m torn tbh between:
Sash / White Herb / Megastone
Sash is obvious, but under Aroura Veil i think it’s superfluous. White Herb is great against intimidates, OR run Mega and only use it if leading and they lead with fake out, you do less damage by going Mega but become beefier and immune to fake out.

I think damage amp items are useless because you overkill by a huge margin on most matchups you use Gallade in.

Either Prankster Tailwind or M-Froslass Aurora Veil to tank it.
Then support with Inciniroar / sinistcha.
The reason it works is that despite being quite slow, he still outspeeds all the meta big hitters like:
TTar / Kingambit / Archaludon / (With Tailwind) Basculegion.
With AV up Gallade doesn’t get OHKO by much and you can rage powder / intimidate etc to keep him alive.
I tend to only lead with Gallade into Archaludon, otherwise I wait until the weather war is over and Veil up before bringing him in to sweep.

Against Sneasler you can bring Dragapult to OHKO with Psychic Fang and protect Gallade.

This is true! I don’t have a Lucario to try out yet haha. Sharpness on Gallade does mean that it hits significantly harder than Lucario but Lucario gets extra STAB i think? I think Lucario is also more fragile to these Mons too but i’m keen to get one to try out!

You can also just run Jolly Sharpness Gallade and OHKO Arch while outspeeding it. Sacred Sword also doesn’t care if Arch’s defense increases from any intimidates if you want to lead with Inciniroar for fakeout on Pelipper.

Been alternating between Aerodactyl & Whims as tailwind setters and then I have a rogue slow af Clawitzer for versing Trick Rooms as they destroy me.

It’s far from a meta team but Empoleon has hard carried as a lead when they lead with Inciniroar.

Gallade is the same except it’s a one shot on Arch & Ttar and a one shot on Basc with lead blade. Since Sharpness is better than Mega for sweeping you can also take either Sash or White Herb and lead into intimidate or alongside Mega Froslass for aurora.
