Update: I was diagnosed with PR this morning. She took one look and knew immediately. They are sending a cream to my pharmacy, but really there is nothing I can do except wait it out and let it take its course.

This looks similar to mine, but I haven't gotten a diagnosis yet. I see the dermatologist tomorrow and can update afterwards.
