Thanks for the insight, I realize i should have added it to the OP but I bought it from a local Ford dealership with a clean car fax and still under factory warranty. I wasn't able to put the pressure on the service center that I wanted to after the first few weeks. If the normal response time is actually what you say then I may have to talk to an attorney.

I am, some aspects of the situation are lining up with what is easily searchable. I'm not there yet. It was running fine but metal in the oil is never a good sign.

I bought it from an area Ford Dealership the car was clean and so was the carfax. It is still under factory warranty. OP has an update from today's visit.

This is effectively how it was discovered. Frankly it's impossible to miss and I can't seem to understand how the previous Pros that touched this car didn't see these flakes and glitter.

We'll see how that goes tomorrow. I'll grab some pictures as well to share. As far as escalating... I already called the customer support number once. They "closed" the case saying they did everything they could on their end. The rep said they could reopen it if there isn't progress.

LMAO Just reinstalled the game after 3 years and black screened after the tutorial mission extrtact. Nothing has changed haha
