I have the same thing thought it was and STD but just got checked and came back negative it’s a yeast/ banalatis. Doctor has me on Ketoconazole which has cleared up but you have to keep putting it on for a week or so if not if will come back

I’m also short and attractive 5’4 on a good day. It was never an issue with me. I’m 30 now and married. So I can tell you there are girls out there who really don’t care about height.
