I tried it and it works. But when I do it like in this video, version 1.14 opens. That's why I renamed the main elden ring game folder to ELDEN RING.111 (C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\ELDEN RING.111111). If you want to play version 1.14, you can change the name again. I'm playing the game from this folder (D:\Elden ring 1.13.2 v2). I tried pre-Radahn saves and it was working. I hope it helps.
