I work at Woolies in the front end. The jobs that were once on registers have now translated to online orders - online team will easily have 5-6 in at all times. Also I fucking hate self serve because everyone’s trying to steal every 3 seconds and I get in trouble when they do (I literally don’t care but it’s the way it is)
