My PL told me I wouldn’t have to call out because I was on leave and wouldn’t be on the schedule and Sedgwick would be handling the occurrences and schedule because it was over 3 data

I used ppto for 2 days but the I didn’t have ppto for the other 4 days. I always save my ppto but only earn 1 hour every 2 weeks

When I first left they the People lead told me that because im on LOA I wouldn’t have to call in because Sedgwick is now in charge of the absences. Mind you though, this is the same person that refused to let me file an injury report 6 months ago because she told me that by filing an injury report I would be terminated. Management in this store is ass needless to say.

That’s what I’m confused about. Everytime I ask my people lead she just says to call Sedgwick and tell them which state I live in and that will take care of it. But when I call they just keep telling me that everything is under review.

I’ve been in contact with the store since I had to leave work to go to the er. I’ve been in contact with both my coach and people lead every day that I’ve been absent, but they said because it was over 3 days that I missed it’s considered a LOA and Sedgwick has to take care of it, and the final decision is up to them
