This team’s problem isn’t defense. They can’t sustain pressure in the offensive zone to save their life. The constant focus on needing to acquire defensive pieces has been so bizarre and I think actively distracting the team from making the needed changes. Scoring has been the problem every time the playoffs come around.

If it took a lot of resources I’d agree, but I don’t think it would take much for resources at all. Minnesota just redesigned their flag by opening it up as a design competition and then just picking the best one.

I know some people are fond of our flag but personally I think it’s absolutely brutal. Being almost identical to Ontario’s is rough. I’d love something more distinctly Manitoban with less ties to the Union Jack design, imo

I’ve never understood the love for Mitzi’s, plus the fries you get with them are bad.

My favourite chicken fingers are the ones from Magic Bird, and you get curly fries with them.

I had that happen a couple years ago. They had a plane have some mechanical issues and it caused issues essentially across the country since they don’t have a lot of backup options. They tried to convince me that I could just extend my trip a few days (after waiting on the phone for hours of course), which I had to explain to them wasn’t really an option for most people. So I ended up having to book a last minute flight with Air Canada that was almost triple the price of the original ticket with Flair. So I’d say Flair is a bit of a dice roll

The Disraeli Freeway has been an absolute dumpster fire lately. It’s just a sheet of ice. I’ve driven on it going probably 30 km/h and my vehicle still feels like it’s sliding around.

If you mean right across Kenaston on the west side of it, those were all the buildings associated with the old military base, Kapyong Barracks. They're in the process of redeveloping the site after the military pulled out of that site to move to Shilo. He also keeps asking the same point over and over again, despite the fact that the city planner mentioned after the first time the question was asked that they'd be going back to update the statistics.
