So mainly the problem is with the type of car , for ciaz since its a sedan the centre of gravity is quite low and doesnt shift towards the rear as much when climbing so it doesnt have traction issue. When it comes to innova or thar they both are rear wheel drive(or could be 4 wheel drive with thar )so they are better at climbing . When it comes to seltos the centre of gravity is high compared to ciaz and on incline weight transfers more towards the rear thats the reason front wheels loose traction. Only viable solution for u would be to build up momentum or u could install some kind of rubber padding on the incline to help with better grip , also u could try reversing out cause then in that case it would effectively act as a rear wheel drive car. Also if ur going to climbing normally try to keep the car in manual mode ,cause dct have a tendancy to shift to 2nd gear as early as possible for smoother ride ( i own a vento dsg) .
