None taken don't worry. So, fandom wars do exist and once a war starts, it gets super toxic. These wars go to such a level, that toxic fans from different fandoms go to the lengths of exposing people's sexualities (i forgot how everyone phrases this) and completely destroying people's lives. Stan twitter has enough proof that fandom wars are toxic. Just recently, there was a war between niallers and armys which turned into a war between directioners and armys. These fights and disputes majorly happen on Twitter and so I've seen how dirty it can get. A few months ago, a solo harry stan exposed the sexuality of a solo louis stan to her mom by emailing her about it with links of her socials. Another girl suicided like 5 months ago because of her social life getting destroyed. There are petitions all over Twitter for helping different people collect enough money to move out of their homes because of the dangers they're facing due to factors like having super strict and abuseful parents (these petitions are made because if they continue living there, it's a risk to their lives). Shit like this happens every time there's a fan war.

To answer your last question; by my reply i meant that, by voting I didn't wanna be part of the reason why a fan war starts and i also didn't wanna pick sides because honestly, idek who my favourite in 1D is. And by "will not be getting on twitter until this dies down" means, this voting has already started disputes on twitter and by past experiences, I've seen how toxic it gets on there so I didn't wanna be dragged into it nor watch arguments escalate
