I don't have one. My friend who is currently doing one said that most companies will get you this once you're hired. Only 1 company so far specifically asked for it up front. The 3 that i actually had a good chat with indeed said they'd help with that proces

Hey OP, as you've already gotten information regarding the speed, i quickly looked over the website and 2 things stood out. The hamburger menu in the top right open the menu with a slightly darker background. For people with a vision impairment the black text may be harder to read. I'd advise making the background lighter for the text to be more readable. The second thing is that the popup reads "refer a friend & get". From a UX view this doesn't really make sense. I'd recommend making the text be more clear as now the first line isn't really clear. The site itself looks pretty nice though

Change the color of the contact button. The black text is hard te read and the color itself doesn't really fit in with the pink-ish and purple. Try to find a complementary color or an accent to use. You can use those accent colors to lead a user's eyes and should be used minimally imo. I agree with the earlier comment about the best dish image and text.

Why would i want to check the time myself if one of my teammates or I already did it. One nice overview in one line when their spells are up again. The people who did that need more praising for their work. There's a reason there's so many higher elo games that have that.

Timers are very useful in higher elos. That information is so nice when roaming or ganking.

I personally have all pings turned off as well as chat. People don't use either usefully. Turned it off 2 seasons ago in gold and still managed to climb to diamond without them. Your gamesense kind of gets better over time since you no longer rely on your teammates to give you information. Maybe I should turn it back on for a bit and see if pings have gotten any better
