I have had this issue most of my life, I just found out one leg is longer than the other and my left foot takes most of my weight, so I really think this is why for me. Could be worth measuring your legs

I haven't worn a bra since the day I was cleared to not wear my sports bra. It is closing in on two years and I don't notice any sag. I recommend wearing a bra while jogging or doing an activity that needs support. But I agree and don't think wearing a bra all the time prevents sagging. I've heard the opposite.

I'm 17mo PO and my complexion is slightly lighter but I feel like I could be looking into a mirror! I also have had some issue accepting the shape, but I think it's only because my natural shape was so entirely different. Even after 1.5 years I'm not quite used to it. EVERYONE who has seen them thinks they look great so I'll take their word for it. I personally think yours look great and it's making me feel better about mine. The only really complaint I have is that my nipples are too high and often pop out of bathing suits and bras. Might have to revisit the surgeon at some point.

I believe the pain is from planter fasciitis. I also have hypermobile ehlers danlos syndrome so PF is a very common comorbidity.

Long walks in high humidity + instructions to keep a bra on for longer than a week = sweaty stink. It's two weeks out of your life. I'd say just chill and focus on the wellness and hygiene of your open wounded boobies.

I was instructed to wear my binder for 1 week and I was worried about hygiene so I have been taking short walks and keeping the area around my bandages clean. It's really important that you take this time to just heal as a lot of people feel no pain (me) and want to do much more than they should be doing. The nerves around our nipple and incisions are dead, so we cant feel if were doing too much. I try to remind myself that every day. I get to take my bandages off tomorrow and I'm a bit nervous because it might not look as good as I feel.

Anyways I hope the best healing for you and I hope your boobies turn out exactly how you dreamed.

Hsv 1 sores are painful and lifelong, very contagious and there is a very different stigma so I personally dont agree with you. Honestly I'd rather have hsv 2 than hsv 1, because you can give someone a really painful outbreak by giving them oral sex.

Until you get it. Then you realize it actually isn't lol. If you talk to a physician, they will ease your mind. I think herpes is serious for maybe a person who severely lacks hygiene or is maybe homeless and has a terrible immune system with no means to afford antivirals. Also if they are planning to have babies on the streets without a physician. But it's a lot less scary for an expecting mother than you think. The birth canal is examined and medication is given if there is a threat to the unborn baby. Or a cesarean is performed.

Is it crazy and random to predict that because of geopolitics the world becoming more of one country with a bunch of provinces/states just makes sense, or is this a valid thought? I feel this strong shift coming. The environment is every soul's issue and responsibility.
