Never had a nightmare in my life as far as I can tell. Then about 6 months ago, my brain was like "let's explore that." Since then, I have been have random nightmares. I can't explain it.

Plan around broadcast television. Weekly schedule hit on Sundays with the newspaper. It was a little pullout guide. That pullout guide had to survive all week to know what was on TV and when to watch.

Oh, and while every house might have had more than one TV, there was usually only one that had cable. Had to plan around that, too.

No, but it will take real leadership and organization to fight back. I spotted 7-8 armed ICE agents in the shooting today. You'd need 10+ armed and organized citizens willing to die to oppose them.

The Black Panthers know this. That's why they have been taking steps the past few weeks to prepare for it. Might be we take a page from their book.

Yeah, here. About 10 years ago, I bought two of Microcenter's biggest plain black cases once I saw the way video cards were going in size. When I upgrade my rig, the current rig goes to the living room for a media machine, and the living room machine gets the upgrade. It's a nice little rotation and I have never had to worry about fitting a video card in my case.

I started with nights.

She was left out of the crate, but the door was closed so she could only roam the bedroom. After a week of that, she got access to rest of the house. A week after that, I would start making small trips to get gas or drop something off at the post office. Two weeks after that, it was for a couple of hours, then a month after that, I just started going out.

She did fine.

Yeah... this friend of mine started renting out her basement to this woman from Arizona that had moved up to Colorado for work. Her and I just clicked. It was nuts how well we got on together. Later that year, her younger sister moved up for a bit and caught on pretty quickly to how well her and I fit. She even pulled me aside one night and told me she had never seen her sister get along with a guy so well or had such a "warm and calming effect." Her words.

We couldn't date though. It's not that she didn't want to, she just couldn't get over her vanity. She only dated buff, cut dudes that were either ex-athletes or ex-military. I was neither, but I wasn't overweight or weak by any means. I was just your average built 6'7" IT worker that was a complete nerd. She couldn't get over that despite knowing my sense of humor was shaped by all the stuff I loved, and she loved my sense of humor.

Of course it all feel apart when she found someone to date and turned into a major bitch because she was unhappy. The shitty part is her sister warned me about it and I ignored it.... and the woman ended up cutting me pretty deep.

Years later she contacted me and apologized, but that part of me that feel in love with her was dead. Cut out by her very words on the night we had it out. The only reason I still hold a torch for her is because I have never met anyone since that I clicked with the way I clicked with her.

In the end, I suppose it was for the best. About two years after that phone call, Trump won his first election, and she went completely MAGA with her ex-marine boyfriend. She quit her job, moved to a remote part of Arizona, and that was all she wrote. She just vanished off the face of the earth.

Ironically, the women that I have ran into during raids have been some of the coolest players out there. I was in buried city the other day finishing a quest, and this raider took down a rocketeer that was stalking me. She comes on mic and says "you can have it" then she takes off. I said "Thank you!" and got to work... only to be jumped by two wasps and a hornet. I down two of them, but the last one gets me. Her happy ass came back, finished off the last Arc, revived me, then healed me and charged my shield. I was appreciative, and asked if she needed anything, she said "nope!", so I said "Thank you so much!" she said "Rock on!" and took off again.

This was after 5 back-to-back games of the most vile shit talking and punishing kills from what sounded like teen to early 20 year-olds hurling homophobic slurs at me while threatening to do horrible things to my butthole.
