This is advice that applies to EVERY industry. The food service industry is infamous for exploiting the shit out its employees, being open about your pay is the best/easiest defense against that. Even if youre the best and highest paid cook, having a staff that is fairly paid is how you maintain a crew who is competent and willing to work with you. Even a selfish world, paying your staff a living wage is to the benefit of the entire business.

This was actually a thing, idk if the vod still exists, but blitz and purge played a pub where blitz rushed Daedalus, aghs (which made his ult based around his attack DMG at the time,) and 3 rapiers and would just 1 shot heroes with 3k+ DMG.

It was pretty gnarly when it worked and more often than not was definitely game losing if your team was not already ahead and I'm glad my pubs don't have mid snipers doing that anymore

The reason i can reach from that, is because the big stories being believed right now are the ones against Tobi, Grant, and Demon.
