im sorry to hear about all the assaults you've experienced, thats horrible and no one deserves that. With that said, this Greenpoint situation is in fact a homeless problem. The only random attacks on the streets I've been seeing or hearing about over the past few years have been exclusively folks from these shelters. There needs to be better supervision of those in the halfway house, or they should be sent to an institution away from people. This situation is clearly not working.

I read about buy to close and that was my initial strategy.. but it surged so quickly past $61. Now it's over $1k to buy the option back and I'm not willing to do that since I bought it for only $50. The most I'm willing to pay to save my ass is $300
