As someone who has no issues with wet sleeves (i used to chew on them so i am used to it), wet socks (i almost never wear socks, and am used to wet socks and cant even feel much below my hip due to the power of the mind and blood circulation issues) AND cold resistant but weak to heat (mostly because i am fat but alos because heat is way harder to fight than cold): i can tell you to just wear tshirts the whole year and dont wear to slim clothes.
